For the travellers having commercial meeting in GuangDong Province China, but landing on Hong Kong Airport, how to get to GuangDong Province comes a big problem, especially for first-time new comers.

Usually there are 3 ways from HK Airport to Shenzhen City: Ferry Transfer, Mainland Coaches, and SkyLimo.  I would recommand SkyLimo if your suppliers couldn't arrange any transportation for you in Shenzhen City.  SkyLimo is like a mini-van, usually 6 or 7 people in a car.  The driver will drive you to pass customs and send you to each factory (your destination).

 The whole process would be like this:

1. Pass Hong Kong Custom.

2. Claim your luggage.

3. Find the direction to "Transport connection with Mainland China" or “Coach Station”.

4. Please choose SKYLIMO (a mini-van) as your transportation.

Note: There will be many counters at coach area.  Pick up anyone you like.  Please do not take bus because bus is much more complicated than mini-van.  I won’t suggest bus for first-time traveler.

5. Buy coach ticket. 

(1) RMB150~RMB180/per one-way ticket.  Tell the clerk your destination, and he/she will make cart arrangement for you.  You may show the clerk your hotel CHINESE address (prepare it in advance), so that they would be fully understand what you mean.

(2)You may pass them Chinese address (prepared it in advance) since I’m not sure if clerks understand English.

6. Take on SKYLIMO mini-van, from Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen City.

7. You will be transferred to another bus at a private parking lot, which is located in Shenzhen City.  Just tell the mini-van driver (and show him CHINESE address) where you are going to.  They will distribute each customer to correct min-van and let you get off at the hotel.

8. Pass China Custom.  All the way to your destination.
